When will my order arrive?

You can click that link for updated ship times according to UPS or USPS. We also send a delivery notification when it is on the truck and in route as well as a DELIVERED email when it arrives at the destination. Does PURBAT ship internationally or outside of the continental USA?

What is your refund policy?
If your item is damaged, has an imperfection or is other wise not in premium condition, please email or call us at connect@purbat.com. We will respond immediately to discuss your artwork and remedy the issue by sending a new item or switching it out. If you decide you don't want the item you ordered.
