When will my order arrive?
In stock items ship within 24 hours (business days). Out of stock items typically ship within 2-7 days of ordering. During the holidays these times may be longer. You will not be notified again until the order has shipped and at that time you will get a shipping confirmation with a tracking link. You can click that link for updated ship times according to UPS or USPS. We also send a delivery notification when it is on the truck and in route as well as a DELIVERED email when it arrives at the destination. Does PURBAT ship internationally or outside of the continental USA?
Hex Head ships to the 50 United States and Canada upon request. If you would like a shipping rate to another country, please email connect@purbat.com and we will send you a rate to your destination.

What is your refund policy?
If your item is damaged, has an imperfection or is other wise not in premium condition, please email or call us at connect@purbat.com. We will respond immediately to discuss your artwork and remedy the issue by sending a new item or switching it out. If you decide you don't want the item you ordered.
