When will my order arrive?
In stock items ship within 24 hours (business days). Out of stock items typically ship within 2-7 days of ordering. During the holidays these times may be longer. Most orders actually leave our facility 24 hours from label creation.
How will I be notified when my order ships?

You will not be notified again until the order has shipped and at that time you will get a shipping confirmation with a tracking link. You can click that link for updated ship times according to UPS or USPS. We also send a delivery notification when it is on the truck and in route as well as a DELIVERED email when it arrives at the destination. Does PURBAT ship internationally or outside of the continental USA?

We will respond immediately to discuss your artwork and remedy the issue by sending a new item or switching it out. If you decide you don't want the item you ordered.
